We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original mailer or a similar box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
